FIFA World Cup 26 Hospitality Entertainment

Built and led the global operation behind the guest entertainment program for FIFA World Cup 26 Official Hospitality, spanning 104 matches, 16 host cities and three countries.

Fourteen and a half weeks of runway, and no precedent anywhere to work from. The structure came first: business affairs, talent buying, production and finance stood up as connected workstreams, then the staffing model, contracting and payment systems, accreditation tracking, reporting cadence and onsite production templates that let five agency partners and more than 100 staff operate off one standard. That machinery produced 1,630 talent bookings drawn from 1,007 submissions, 2,660 performers, 2,350 people cleared through accreditation, 105 activations and a 100% fill rate across every match of the tournament. Guests from 154 nations walked into rooms programmed to the city they were standing in and the teams on the pitch, which was the only part any of them was meant to notice.
