Preeya Patel | Director, Event Production & Operations

I produce large-scale live experiences, and I build the operational machinery that makes them feel effortless.

Twelve-plus years directing experiential programs across sports, gaming, entertainment, beverage, and tech — product launches, sponsorship activations, mobile tours, stunts, immersive builds, themed entertainment, and hospitality experiences.

I work at scale: budgets to $20M, multi-market operations across dozens of cities, and the team structures, infrastructure, and processes that hold it all together. When a program doesn’t have a foundation yet, I build the foundation — org structure, workflows, vendor and talent frameworks, reporting — and then I run it.

PreeProduction Events | 05/2022 - Present

Production and operations consultancy for large-scale live experiences — building the machinery behind the magic.

Signature Programs:

  • FIFA World Cup 2026, On Location Hospitality Entertainment — VP, Production & Operations

    • Talent and entertainment programming across 16 stadium markets in three countries against a $20M budget. Built the operation from zero: full team structure, vendor and agency framework, operating systems, and reporting cadence, then led live execution and real-time budget reconciliation across five agency partners during tournament play.

  • Delta Employee Appreciation Day — Executive Producer

    • 10 airports, 40+ activation points, one day. Recognized 40,000 employees across simultaneous in-terminal activations in a single 30-hour operating window. Built the team, vendor structure, and operating systems from the ground up; produced and distributed kitted event elements to every market; managed TSA-cleared trucking, inventory, staff background checks, and security training; ran the national command center on show day.

  • Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards Launch Series — Executive Producer

    • Five-event series across four cities introducing Alaska’s new rewards and loyalty brand to 200–500 top-tier cardholders and million-milers per market. Owned the program from vision through execution: creative development, scenic and fabrication design, CAD and build layouts, routing and trucking. Designed a single kit of parts that traveled across venues of differing footprint and layout while delivering a distinct, locally inflected environment in each city — on a tight $1.5M budget and a small core team.

  • Insight Global Be The Light Tour — Executive Producer

    • $3M+ national mobile career center tour. Executive production across routing, DOT and vehicle management, venue contracting, city permitting, trucking operations, security and risk, and KPI reporting. Built to serve 15,000 people across U.S. markets.
